About Me
As a teenager playing sports, I experienced injury that affected my ability to participate. I wanted to learn not only how to help myself, but also to help others when experiencing pain, injury or limitation. I sought out a career in Physical Therapy and in the process augmented my training with Athletic Training and Strength and conditioning. I felt that this best helped me to best help the individual across the continuum of care from injury, through rehab to return to activity and full-circle to wellness and prevention. I try to stay current with the latest evidence and practices while also utilizing my nearly 23 years of practice to guide my care of each individual.

F.A.Q
What makes Mission CHANGE PhysioTherapy different from traditional PT clinics?
I go beyond standard PT by blending rehabilitation, sports performance, and wellness under one roof. Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
In Illinois, most patients have direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can schedule without a doctor’s referral. If you need further medical evaluation, I’ll guide you to the right provider.
Do you take my insurance?
